Marcus Aurelius said there is a simple recipe for improvement and for happiness. “If you seek tranquillity,” he said, “do less.” Coming from a very busy man that’s some saying, but how do you do less, better?
Well it isn’t easy.
Easy is quick,
easy is sloppy.
Easy is what happens after years of practice.
Less is patient,
less listens,
Less is what happens after years of practice.
It’s clear to see how we confuse the two.
